At Lodenwirt, we celebrate the art of cooking with passion and dedication. We place great emphasis on the quality of ingredients and use only local and regional products, enriched with a global touch. We firmly believe that only the best ingredients can guarantee an unparalleled culinary experience.
Our kitchen is characterized by craftsmanship. Every ravioli, every tortellini, every sauce, and every stock is prepared with fresh ingredients and love. Our meat mostly comes from farmers we know personally, and we even age steaks in-house. Even our ice cream is made with the highest quality milk and cream from South Tyrol, along with the best ingredients. Our desserts, such as cakes, pies, and croissants, are also homemade with attention to detail.
Our chef, Matthias Schenk, and his right-hand man, Florian Egarter, lead our team with relentless dedication and creativity. Together, we strive to offer you innovative and delicious dishes.
Let's not forget about our pizza. Here, too, we use only the best ingredients, such as local flour and minimal yeast, to create a high-quality dough. Our pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven and is a true pleasure for the senses.
Wine is our passion! With an extensive selection of about 500 wines and a monthly rotation of 25-30 wines by the glass, we offer a wide choice. We love pairing food and wine to create new taste experiences.
