The Laurin restaurant also supports the "Fair Cooking" initiative: local products are combined with high-quality exotic foods such as quinoa, cardamom or mascobado sugar to create imaginative dishes in support of fair trade.

In the heart of the historic centre of Bolzano you will find this extraordinary culinary pearl. In spring, summer and on warm autumn days, you can dine outdoors under old trees in the Laurin Park. In winter, you can get to know the beautiful restaurant hall in its original Art Nouveau style.
