Since May 2025, three-Michelin-starred chef Norbert Niederkofler has been leading Ansitz Heufler, a historic residence that comes to life each day through an authentic expression of gastronomy and hospitality. At the heart of the experience is the "Osteria", where traditional South Tyrolean cuisine is served, grounded in regional products and artisanal precision. The dishes interpret the “Cook the Mountain” philosophy, telling the story of the land, its producers, and the rhythm of the mountains.
