About Paulaner Stuben

In September 2005, the "Paulaner Stuben" in Bolzano opened its doors and became the first restaurant south of the Brenner Pass to be awarded the coat of arms of the world-famous brewery, Paulaner. Our beer house is located in one of the oldest buildings in the old town of Bolzano, the "Troyburg", dating back to the XIII century, and thanks to its central location it can be reached both from the shopping street of the "Lauben" and from the Silbergasse. The three spacious dining rooms are characterised by beautiful vaulted ceilings and comfortable wooden furnishings and can seat 150 guests. In the warm season, guests also have access to an outdoor beer terrace, reminiscent of Munich beer gardens with its distinctive tables and chairs.

The menu is particularly extensive. Starting with the "Paulaner classics", homemade dumplings, knuckles and grilled dishes served in copper pans, to dishes from the Mediterranean cuisine such as pasta, vegetables, fish and, of course, crispy pizzas in two variations, classic round or "on the board".

Through the gastronomic concept of our "BIERSTUBEN" we thus want to prove every day how well the style and tradition of Munich's beer houses harmonise with Italian delights.
