Ebner wine farm lies at the foot of the Ritten high plateau surrounded by vineyards. The farmer, Florian, produces excellent wines, while his wife is an experienced cook and confectioner who treats her guests to typical Tyrolean dishes, and now serves a delicious farm brunch.

Schlutzer’ spinach ravioli, a variety of soups, ravioli with seasonal fillings, spare ribs, cabbage salad with ’Speck‘, freshly-baked ‘Krapfen’ doughnuts, desserts with home-made ice cream. Roast rabbit to prior order. In spring, to prior order, farm brunch with home-made bread and desserts as well as fruit jams, freshly-squeezed fruit juices, ‘Speck’, egg dishes, cheese and fruit. Juices: raspberry, elderflower and strawberry.

The 2019 Sauvignon is very characteristic with ripe, tropical notes. It is warm and full-bodied on the palate. The 2019 Gewürztraminer has an intensive aroma. The 2019 Vernatsch is clean with a balanced taste. The 2018 Zweigelt has good body and acidic structure.
