You can choose typical local dishes from our rich food- offer, which lasts from home-made „Schluzkrapfen“ to „Bauernschöpsernes“, delicious South Tyrolian sweet dishes and self- smoked bacon.With a lot of love and fantasy Thomas uses above all Typical farmer products, meat, vegetables from our garden as well as wild herbs.
