Unconventional Sarner street food on wheels Meet Mud and Ginni: the creative Thai woman and the farmer's son from Pens, who are united by their great love for each other. They also share a love for their sons, the beautiful Sarntal valley and, last but not least, good, authentic food made from the best regional ingredients. This is how the idea was born to combine their culinary talents, and since 2022 they have been bringing authentic Thai cuisine and handmade wood-fired pizza to the streets with their food truck. The best of both worlds, now on the road throughout South Tyrol and beyond.
