About Lüch de Survisc
Lüch de Survisc farm has been in the family for generations and lies on the sunny side of the Dolomites at 1,475 metres above sea level. The Vallazza family will treat guests to typical Ladin dishes and the farm’s special atmosphere. In summer the sun terrace will make for unforgettable moments drinking in the unique views of the Dolomites.

Kitchen & Cellar
Speck, ‘Kaminwurzen’ (chimney smoked sausage), cheese, barley soup, ‘Tutres’ (Tyrolean fried pasties) filled with spinach, cream cheese, cabbage, potatoes or poppy seed. Vegetable soup, ‘Kaiserschmarrn’ (sugared pancakes with raisins), ‘Cajinci arstis’ (pasties) filled with spinach and cream cheese, ‘Erdäpfelblattlen’ (fried potato pasties) with cabbage, ‘Schlutzer’ (spinach ravioli), cheese dumplings with ‘Zieger’ (cream cheese), dumplings with goulash, polenta with cheese or mushrooms, pork, beef or lamb, house sausage. In autumn, cold meat cuts or spare ribs. Sweet ‘Krapfen’ (fried pastries), poppy seed ‘Krapfen’, apple strudel, buckwheat cake, poppy seed cake, ‘Buchteln’ (jam-filled buns), ‘Äpfelkiechl’ (fried apple pastries), ‘Strauben’ (fried batter dessert). Juices: elderflower, raspberry, redcurrant and lemon balm. Milk drinks made from farm fruit.
