The bottega del Pincho's is a small restaurant on the race track in Merano and offers local and national snacks - or as they say in Spain - tapas or pincho. For the more hungry there are freshly prepared bruschetta, piadina, sandwiches with roast beef or turkey. Also vegetarian variations are not to be missed! There is something for every gourmet.
