For every dish we use home-grown products of near-by farmers and individual small suppliers. Whether eggs, milk, vegetables, meat or fresh water fish - we know every partner on a personal base. Though the melting of these local foods with world's famous delicacies is the challenge: Always creative but yet simple and distinctive in taste.
