Grown gastronomic culture with regional roots are tradition. We use fresh trout, lamb, venison, vegetables, dairy products, wine and others from the farmer and from South Tyrolean production. However, we prepare wood-fired pizzas and international dishes too. The gastronomic specialties week "Eisacktalerkost" delight guests from near and far for more than 43 years on meals with a rich history.
