About Ganischgeralm
The capacity of the inside is 150 sitting places, of which 50 are dedicated to the typical Tyrolean Stube. The Stube is the à la carte restaurant, where you will be quickly and efficiently served by our waiters. You can as well have lunch outside, sitting in the sun on our large and sunny terrace. If you prefer just to have a snack you can have a break at our kiosk, the “Kleine Sünde”, which is also located on the terrace.
Our cook will quickly get some crunchy French fries, hamburgers, sausages etc. ready for you. If you are on the terrace and you feel like having a cool beer or cocktail you just need to walk straight to the “Kleine Sünde” or into our “Schirmbar” where the bartenders and DJ Schicky and his Team are waiting for you. The winter season 2011-2012 offers a new terrace with the “Ganischgeralm Biergarten”.
At the highest beer garden of the Alps, you get spoiled daily from the morning until 01.00pm and from 01.00pm until 03.00pm. Typical dishes are knuckle of pork, meat loaf (Leberkäse), white sausages (Weißwürste), sausages from Nürnberg, and as special, knuckle of veal for at least two or three people (on reservation).
Obviously, you cannot miss a liter (Maß) of the typical Ganischger beer.
