Dark Burger

Dark Burger is a project launched during the lockdown by two young restaurateurs: to transform food into a special treat and experience. The friends have united their passion and brought the gastronomic world together into one, namely a new mood food in Merano. The innovative Hamnburger restaurant creates new, juicy sandwiches based on traditional methods of preparing fish specialities, but with a new interpretation.
