Our ambience lets you experience the history of the wine-growing village of Kaltern up close. Where wine has been pressed and stored for centuries, connoisseurs and gourmets feel at home today.

Our restaurant serves refined South Tyrolean cuisine, dry-aged beef from the lava stone grill and Mediterranean delicacies with plenty of fresh fish.

All this is paired with top wines from the host Peter Sölva, treasures from the cellars of selected winegrowers and brewers in the region as well as special wines from various Italian gourmet regions.

Our prices are adjusted to the current purchase prices and fairly calculated. We pay attention to the best quality. We deliberately refrain from charging a cover charge.
