Restaurant Gasslbräu
About Restaurant Gasslbräu
Helga and Norbert Andergassen already imagined in the planning phase what the Gassl Bräu restaurant should be like: a perfect mix of northern and southern cuisine. From the north comes the tradition of beer, strictly created according to the "law of purity", and the Bavarian part of the menu, which is normally found in Biergardens South Tyrolean homemade and grilled specialities come from the south, as does Mediterranean cuisine, which is served here in the form of delicious pasta dishes and other delicacies.
Outside of cooking hours there is always something to fill your stomach with - soups, toast, quiches, sandwiches, "wurst" and salads. And not to mention beer: the adjoining brewery has turned the production of the drink into an art, and if you're curious you can taste not only Weizen and Pale Ale beers, but also basil and chestnut beers!
