Arrive and take in the scenery around you – the Rauthof will thrill you with its fantastic views across the valley basin of Meran and tempting aromas from the kitchen. Guests will particularly enjoy getting a peek from the veranda at what’s cooking in the open-plan kitchen. Those not wanting to spoil the surprise can relax in the cosy farm parlour or on the sunny terrace and enjoy dishes made from fresh, home-grown produce.

Kitchen & Cellar
Home-made sausages, Speck, veal, beef, home-made pastries, various cakes and apple strudel. On the weekend or to order, roast lamb and spare ribs. In the spring, dumpling trio with cress and dandelion. In autumn, barley soup, house sausage with cabbage, meat cuts, chestnuts. Juices: elderflower, apple and pear.
The 2021 Goldmuskateller is particularly juicy and full-bodied on the palate. The 2020 Gewürztraminer has a multi-layered aroma and rich taste. The 2021 Vernatsch displays a bouquet of raspberry and strawberry and has a pithy tannin aftertaste. The 2021 Pinot Noir is discrete. The 2021 Lagrain is very characteristic with good structure and length.
