Our restaurant “Der Traubenwirt” turns Brixen into a culinary hotspot

The Traubenwirt has the reputation of being a restaurant that makes both stomachs and hearts happy. At least that’s what our guests say when they keep coming back. And we are – with all modesty – truly proud of that. After all, our entire team works with passion to create and serve delicious dishes from the region and from Italy that simply make people happy.

A glass of wine will make your stay perfect – although, of course, anything else you prefer will do as well! Enjoy great food, good conversations and special moments in the historic atmosphere of our Traubenwirt restaurant in Brixen.

You can never get enough green – so the best place to sit is in our beautiful garden or in the inner courtyard. Enjoy the sunshine, a coffee, an aperitif and above all the peace that only nature can offer.
