Restaurant Patauner

In Settequerce, on the road from Bolzano to Terlano, the Restaurant Patauner, with its large garden and wine arbour, has been enchanting local guests and tourists for four generations with its homemade cuisine, seasonal specialities and homemade desserts. For almost 100 years, the inn has offered an excellent Tyrolean cuisine with Mediterranean influences, using only local, fresh and genuine products, with particular attention to seasonal fruit and vegetables.

At Patauner the taste experience is guaranteed all year round. In spring the restaurant is known for its specialities during the asparagus weeks: The famous Margarete asparagus from Terlano is served in the traditional way with ham, Bolzano sauce and horseradish, as a classic spring dish or as an essential part of refined culinary recipes. In summer the vegetables grown in the garden become the real protagonists of the restaurant's delicious dishes, while in autumn the menu offers seasonal game and pumpkin dishes as well as desserts made from the exquisite South Tyrolean chestnuts. In winter, the chef finally offers turnip specialities, while pickled in vinegar, mustard sauces and jams complete the taste.
