Kitchen & Cellar
Speck, cheese, ‘kaminwurzen’ smoked sausage, boiled new potatoes, ‘schlutzer’ ravioli, cheese dumplings, spinach and speck dumplings. In autumn, barley soup and potato soup, spinach and potato noodles, meat cuts with cabbage, ‘erdäpfelblattlen’ potato pancakes, chestnuts, sweet ‘krapfen’ pastries. In winter and spring, potato ravioli, cabbage dumplings, ‘krapfen’ pastries with cabbage and spinach, ‘grüne zaache’ potato and spinach pastries, spare ribs, roast beef and pork, ‘kniekiechl’ fried pastries, and a variety of cakes on request. Juices: elderflower, raspberry, blackcurrant and apple.
The 2021 Sylvaner is pleasantly full-bodied in the mouth and at the same time refreshing. The 2021 Müller Thurgau is extremely typical in fragrance. The 2021 Vernatsch is clean, fruity and displays lightly spicy elements.
