Nalserbacherkeller

The Nalserbacherkeller is not far from Nals, on the road towards Prissian and Tisens. The Pallweber family will spoil you in the comfortable cellar or under the vines in the open air. The kitchen offers tasty, varied food, hospitality and a friendly atmosphere. Home-distilled fruit schnaps will round off your meal!

Kitchen & Cellar

Speck, bresaola, beef and sour head of veal, ham, beef carpaccio, smoked beef, cheese, along with hot boiled potatoes. Various soups and spinach ravioli. Meat cuts in autumn with kraut and dumplings as well as fritters, chestnuts and nuts. Cheese dumplings in spring. Juices: apple, elderflower, raspberry.

The 2021 Chardonnay is harmonious and pleasant. The 2021 Sauvignon has a straightforward, clean character and is pleasantly full-bodied and unremarkable in teh mouth. The 2021 Gewürtraminer is delicately floral and reminiscent of orange blossom. The 2021 Vernatsch is fruity and very typical for its variety. The bottled 2021 Vernatsch has somewhat more variety and displays good body and length when drunk.
